Return Policy
We provide free returns and exchanges on all orders! Our return policy is valid for 60 days, giving you a 60-day window from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or the name/email associated with your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@kulukulu.vip and include a video or photo of the item. Once your return request is processed, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return your package.
Return Shipping
After our team reviews your return request, we will supply you with a return label. This means you won't have to spend extra money or time purchasing expensive shipping labels from retailers. We'll handle it for you! Just repackage the product in its original packaging, attach the provided label to the box, and drop it off at your local USPS.
IMPORTANT: Do not send your purchase back to our warehouse without first contacting us. If you return your package to our warehouse without prior contact, a standard fee of $20.00 USD will apply. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 30 days) so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at service@kulukulu.vip.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? Please contact our team as soon as possible, within one hour of placing your order. Due to high demand, orders can only be canceled within this one-hour period. We process orders quickly, so after one hour, we will have already started preparing and processing your order. At that point, the only option is to return the product after you receive it. If your order is already in transit, we regret that we cannot cancel it, as it has already left our warehouse and is en route to you.
Incorrect Address
Kulukulu is not responsible for false or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. If you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us with the correct information within one hour so our customer service team can assist in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Late/Delayed Shipping
Please note that Kulukulu cannot control shipping delays. We are not liable for late shipments due to bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, any shipping delays are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot influence how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.
If your order is lost or delayed at any point during shipping, we cannot issue a refund since Kulukulu covers the shipping cost at the time of shipment. In this case, we can only offer to reship your order at our expense.
Refused Delivery
If a package is refused and returned to our warehouse, a standard refusal fee of $20.00 USD will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for return information to avoid this fee.
